Rob Cook has been involved in the family floral business – Nancy’s Floral since the early¬†90s.

They sell flowers via a brick & mortar retail store as well as an online store.

The online-floral business is extremely competitive. And unfortunately, the online competition has driven many brick & mortar flower shops out of business.

To remain competitive, Rob decided to redesign their website and move to the BigCommerce platform.

As part of the BigCommerce migration, he also began offering rewards to build customer loyalty using the RewardCamp app.

Both of those measures worked. After moving to the BigCommerce platform, their online sales jumped significantly.

In addition, after offering a rewards program, he also saw a jump in sales from repeat customers.

Before offering rewards, the online store had low repeat orders totaling $3,560.

After offering rewards via RewardCamp, their repeat orders jumped!

In 2015, it jumped to $6,184.

In 2016, it almost tripled to $16,464.

By 2018, sales from repeat orders had grown to $40,300.

Offering rewards via a customer-friendly rewards platform gives customers a reason to come back and keep spending.
