Manny’s business is not doing well. He’s lost a lot of money on bad advice and bad marketing. He decides to pray and asks God for help.
God speaks to Manny, “How can I help you Manny?”
Manny explains how bad his business is and asks God to let him win the lottery. To Manny’s delight, God agrees to this.
He waits a few weeks and nothing happens. So he is praying again.
“God, why have you deserted me?” Manny asks.
“I’ve waited a few weeks and still haven’t won the lottery.”
After a moment, God responds, “Manny do me a favor and help me out a little. BUY A TICKET!”
