Last week I was almost refused service. Well, it felt like that.

I buy a cup of coffee for $1.25 from the same deli every day. But last week, I only had a dollar. Being a loyal customer, I figured they’d allow me to pay the remainder later.

So I grabbed the coffee, walked over to the counter, dropped a dollar bill and asked if I could pay the quarter tomorrow.

The sales clerk behind the counter gave an annoying look and grudgingly said okay.

The next day, I paid the quarter and walked out to the deli across the street.

They used to call it being penny wise and pound foolish. I call it being a bozo!

Don’t lose your repeat customers like that bozo. Better yet, put in place a rewards system that delights your customers. Check out a demo of RewardCamp.
